“I cannot say enough good things about Mascetti's Plumbing. My mother experienced an emergency situation in her home with a leak where we couldn't identify the source. She lives alone and I was trying to help from out of state. Not only did Mascetti's respond promptly (on a holiday when their competitors were closed) but they went above and beyond and completed cabinetry repairs caused by the leak (completely out of their normal scope, but they knew my mom was in need). They kept in contact with me during the entire process, and acted with such knowledge and professionalism that is hard to put into words. I cannot recommend them enough for any number of home service and plumbing needs!!”

“Fantastic. Had a minor emergency. Called and spoke with Catherine. Very nice to talk to. Told me she'd call Mike and if he picks up (only reason he wouldn't is if he were running loud machine), and he'd call back. He did within 5 minutes. Explained his situation at the time and said he'd be out in an hour after hearing we had 5 people in the house. He showed up in 40 minutes and fixed our problem. Highly recommended.”

“Omg…… After hearing water rushing through pipes, coming through pipes, basement ceiling, water on the floor and bathroom floor….. Mike came out within an hour of the call and fixed it immediately…… luckily it was an easy fix but it looked horrible when it was happening!!!! I highly recommend Mike for all of your plumbing needs. “I had an amazing encounter today with Mascetti's Plumbing especially Catherine who answered the phone when I called in a panic! She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and patient and walked me through a couple of steps that helped uncover what the problem really was. I was afraid it was a collapsed pipe but it was a sewer pump which was actually covered by the town! She had Mike call me back as well and he knew the emergency guy and was able to connect with him immediately. I am incredibly grateful for their expertise, connections and kindness!”

“I have used Mike twice with superior service. awhile ago, the town of Torrington inadvertently crushed the septic drain pipe while working on a new water drain in the road outside of my rental home. He worked with the town's engineer to diagnose the back up problem and solved it with a great team. I used him again recently in the same location to diagnose a washing machine problem. He inspected the pipe system initially, replaced worn fittings, and diagnosed an easy repair (time for a new washer for my tenants). He is a friendly and intelligent guy who is tops in his game!! We are so lucky to have him locally!”

Despite being swamped with calls and it being a busy holiday weekend, Mike made time to give us immediate advice over the phone before coming over to our house quickly. He and his assistant Steve were kind, honest, and knowledgeable about the issue (broken pressure valve).
